In commemoration of the 2021 Worlds AIDS day themed “Equitable Access, Everyone’s Voice”, The District AIDS Committee (DAC) led by Mr. Terry Osei Darko (HIV focal person) on Wednesday, 1st December, 2021 embarked on a school awareness program in the District Capital, Akontombra.The exercise which also involved public sensitization via community information centers sought to highlight the urgent need to end the inequalities that thrive on AIDS and other pandemics around the world.NB: let’s protect the right of everyone and pay attention to the needs of marginalized communities.
