SEFWI AKONTOMBRA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY

The Information Services Department (ISD) has the core mandate to disseminate information on the creation of awareness of government policies, programmes and activities, providing public relations support to other Ministries, Departments and Agencies and submitting feedback reports from the public.

• Public Education Campaigns

Create awareness of government policies, programmes and activities through effective communication strategies.

• Exhibitions

Mounts photo exhibitions and produces materials such as banners and photographic panel boards for district events.

• Photos

Covers decentralize and historical events in still form for the purpose of documentation / Reports making.

• Research

Makes readily available for use processed and analysed data on a wide range of issues relevant to government.
