On Sunday, 4th December 2022, executives of the Akontombra Area Council commenced a two-day stakeholder engagement exercise at communities within its zonal area.
The engagement aims at;
1. Informing residents of the activities of the Area Council.
2. Encouraging regular payments of taxes by resident businesses within the zonal area.
3. Receiving challenges within the communities from the public.
Communities visited include, Bawakrom, Aburonehia, and Bokaso.
Participants involved, Traditional leaders, assembly members ,Unit Committee members, and the general public.
