PROCUREMENT

The Procurement Unit oversees the activities of the department responsible for purchases. As part of their supervisory role, they assign duties to each member of the staff and review the work. They also draw up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies. 

Some other Duties;

  1. Collects inputs for drafting Specifications/Terms of Reference for Procurement of
    goods, works and services;
  2. Collects data for the preparation of reports on procurement activities;
  3. Establish and maintains register of service providers for the entity;
  4. Keeps records of stock levels to ensure availability of goods for operational requirements;
