With the primary focus on ensuring a sustainable and cost-effective human settlement, proper street naming, community mapping, and management of land use in the District, the Sefwi Akontombra District Assembly at a short ceremony earlier today(6/04/2022), inaugurated the Spatial Planning Committee and Technical Sub -Committees. The two(2) Committees which comprised a membership of (14) and (13) respectively were duly inaugurated by the District Chief Executive, Hon. Yawson Amoah at the conference hall of the District Assembly.It is envisaged that their work would create a sound environment and planning principles as dictated in the Land Use and Spatial Planning Act,2016 (Act 936).
